Unemployment in India
There are nearly 1 lakh jobs in bangalore city alone,isn't it surprising. Then why ppl are not taking up those jobs? why raise hue and cry about unemployment? I guess a mismatch in (skill set of people applying for job) and (the requirement of the employer) caused this problem. why should there be a mismatch ? This problem is definetely caused by people who are not able to adapt. If a person is god in FORTRAN and therefore,unwilling to learn C,C++,Java etc,he will never make a job.
Therefore,the best way to approach the problem is :
1.Look out,what the employers want,by going through some websites,newspapers etc.
2. Find out what most of the employers look for .
3. Start training in that area
4.once u start training ,Don't look back.
I guess ,at present,there is more demand for J2EE, VC++ etc.
Most probably our trip will be cancelled.(Again),thats really bad....
