Who's Mistake ?
This happened yesterday night in Jayanagar 4th block Shopping area ( perhaps 'the' happening place after Brigade road !). A couple was walking on the road (yes, Road ! ), leaving their little kid to 'explore' the world by himslef. They were walking by the roadside parking lot, when all of a sudden, a vehicle that was in the parking lot started moving. The driver did not notice the little kid behind the vehicle !! But luckily, some bloke (not me , i was on the other side of the road ) jumped from somewhere and saved the kid ! I expected some emotional scenes after that, but contrary to my expectations, the mother started hitting the kid for being so 'indisciplined' !! That kid was hardly 3-4 years old ! How can u expect a little kid to know all traffic rules ? The parents of that kid are really irresponsible, allowing the kid to walk in a Road, which is notorious for its traffic problems. Tough times ahead for that poor kid....
