Been there , done that !
Been to RTO office today morning to get my Learner License. I went through a Driving school and so i expected no problems. But the driving schoolwala put me in some wrong queue. Wasted some 30 mins, before i was asked to move to the end of some other queue. After that they asked me to take a test ( where the answers were marked right below the Question !!), now wonder i maxed the test and they asked me collect the LL from Driving school .Some 3 hours wasted for this nonsense ! Adding to my woes, the Autos were on strike today, so i had to catch a bus and reach the office :-(
