Crazy Problems !!
Last two days was spent in addressing a problem faced by the customer. They are not able to view the reports but the reports are visible from everywhere else on earth !! We knew that there is a DNS error or something which is causing that problem but they were not accepting it !! Had to spend a lot of time to make them realize that !!

Started reading GEB and at once got entangled in the 'strange loop' :-)
