Its Show time!

As horribly cold weather gripped Chicago last weekend, i stayed indoors, drinking lots of coffee, doing some bit of work and watching hell lot of movies on television! I ended up seeing close to 7 movies. Some of them were repeats, but WTH, who cares! Here is the list:
1. Pretty Woman
2. Serendipity
3. The Recruit
4. A few Good Men
5. The Longest Yard
6. School of Rock
7. Pulp Fiction

Well, other than Serendipity and The Longest Yard, i have seen all the other movies previously. Anyway, after some careful analysis, i came to the following conclusion:
a) Pretty Woman sucks every time i watch it!
b) Serendipity has been remade as "JJ" in tamil, featuring Madhavan
c) The climax of Recruit has inspired the climax scenes in several other movies. Infact a huge list of movies crossed my mind and i wasn't able to conclude which one had the exact climax, too close a call!
d) School of Rock & The Longest Yard - These two movies should be a part of the Organization Theory course in B-Schools! Both these movies show how to organize a team consisting of members from diverse background and keep them motivated to achieve the ultimate goal.
e) Pulp Fiction - The best, as always! With signature Tarantino scenes, i would rate this slightly above his other work "Reservoir Dogs".

I had a severe eye pain on Sunday night as a bonus :)
