La Vita e Bella
For those who dunno Italian, the above mentioned title means "Life Is Beautiful " . I watched it yesterday night. This is perhaps the first holocaust movie with a touch of comedy ! The movie is about a Jewish guy (guido) who uses his comical ways to hide his son from Nazis. He says that they are just players in a big game, for which the first prize is a Tank. The innocent child supports the father,in his endeavour ,so that he can get the real 'Tank' . a Must-see movie ! please watch it sometime.
Coming to Kannada film industry, i haven't heard of any good movie so far(from the papers of course). The stars here include the evergreen Rajkumar(planning to act as hero once he recovers from the arthritis operation,he is 78 years old !),Vishnuvardhan(his posters are seen all over bangalore) and Upendra(like our own Vijayakanth).Some taglines seen in Film posters...

no wonder people are switching to pirated CDs,who'll pay 75 bucks per ticket to watch shit !
